04 wheels on 05

Would you be able to put 18x10 wheels from an 04 onto a 05+

Yes, but they would stick out due to the different offset.

No, they are the right bolt pattern but the offset is different. There's about a 10-12mm offset difference. It will cause the wheels to protrude out from the wheel wells a bit.

I test fitted 03 Cobra Anniversary wheels on the 06 and they fit fine, just bulged out a little too much with the wider tires in back.

I have 18x9" wheels on the front of my car with a +24mm offset and 255 size tire. The camber kind of lets them sit almost flush towards the top of the wheel well and sticks out maybe 1/2" at most towards the bottom. It works fine, but I think it could be offset a little more +. Personally 18x10" will probably stick out too much.

I used to run the '04 17x9" Bullitts on my '05 GT and they were right at the limit of the fender arch. The 10"-wide ones will stick out.
