Hmmmmmm. Wasington is 49. I'm surprised they got rated even that high this year. Go Huskies!

What?? They're pretty mixed up in that top 10...

Here's the USA Today/ESPN coaches top 10... it's nearly identical to the AP poll I think.

1. USC (44)

2. Oklahoma (12)

3. LSU (5)

4. Georgia

5. Miami

6. Florida State

7. Michigan

8. Texas

9. Ohio State

10. Florida

Come on now... Florida at 6th? They finished last season at 24th!! :notnice:

Thanks UT!

This year we finally have a reason not to roll over and play dead.

Oh that makes more sense. Particularly this statement:

Alabama was pre-ranked to finish the season 33rd

People... just because your teams play like they're asleep, it doesn't make them "sleepers."

Well...I believe the Alabama Auburn Rivalry has broken up Families. My parents
would have never let me marry an aubie- so I married a yankee instead. He has been taught about the Tide well.

Auburn Tigers 2004 Football Schedule

September 11.....Honeystinkle Middle School
18.....Cub Scout Troop 101
25.....Alabama Blind Academy

October 2......Spanish American War Vets
9......Crippled Childrens Home
16.....St Cloud Home for Wayward Girls
23.....Girl Scout Troop 469
30.....Columbus VD Clinic 43

November 6......Montgomery Boys Choir
13.....Korean War Amputees
20.....VA Hospital Polio Patients

RULE CHANGES FROM LAST YEAR:

1. When playing the polio patients, the Tigers must not disconnect leg braces.

2. When playing the girl scouts, the Tigers must not eat their cookies.

3. When playing the blind academy, the Tigers must not hide the football under their jerseys.

4. When playing the Korean War Amputees, the Tigers must not file any protests about players with one leg being hard to tackle.

RULES SAME AS LAST YEAR:

1. A touchdown, (this is when the ball is carried over the goal line for you Tiger fans), is still worth 21 points for the Tigers.

2. The Tigers will play with 27 men on the field.

3. The Tigers will be allowed to use band members for substitutes.

4. The Tigers will be allowed 20 time-outs.

5. A first down for the Tigers is 3 yards.

Tennessee at 11th at the end of the season is doable, since their last month or so isn't particularly difficult.
