Stanley Cup To Be Batled for in... court???

Had it emailed to me, thought you might find it interesting

Also It occured to me that the past weekend would have been the end of the Regular Season more here...Regular Season

That's a frivoulous lawsuit

The trustees to the stanley cup have juristiction over it, and there are conditions to it being awarded to another league, (If the NHL folds, etc)
