Well, the home team (Pirates) lost, but we are used to that. I got there late and missed the opening pitch. I never expected the game to sell out. I had to get a standing room only ticket.

ESPN said it should be a great pitchers match up, but after we started giving up a run every inning, I started to disagree.

But it was great to be back in a ball park. Unemployment has its advantages. Another good part was getting home. I had to walk 15 minutes to get back to my car. But I turned my car on at 5:25 and pulled in the driveway at 5:37. A 12 minute trip home after a game is not bad.

I love to take sports pictures. So I figured I would share some with you guys.

Right Feilder misses it.

Santiago stretches it out for a triple.

He slides

He blocks the throw

He is safe

One of the Nine runs scored against us. At least we scored the first run of the game.

I moved around the stadium and got some cool shots from the first base line. I forgot who this was hitting.

And finally a great view of the city from PNC Park

And everybody walking home. They shut down the car traffic on this bridge and let people walk across it. It really screws up traffic during day games.

Great Pics! A Cubs fan but sure would like to see the Pirates have a great year. Also wish the Cubs could "store" some of those runs scored yesterday.

Canon D60. I bought it used off of a wedding photographer. He bought it and then slightly used it before the next model came out. So he wanted to get the newer toy. I was happy to take it off his hands for a used price.

It has worked out great for my small photography company.
