Taking it with a grain of salt (i.e., the opponents faced) they're the number 1 overall defense on the number 1 AFC seed. They are sacking quarterbacks, holding teams to not-much, and making it very easy to win a game... AND not everyone was healthy at the same time, defense OR offense.

So that's why I think they could possibly be ok with TJ, but yeah, it's a little disheartining the way the injuries have played out for them Texans. The Atlanta game is going to be the game that will tell the tale, methinks, and Tennesee is starting to make motions... Gettin' scary.

I'm... not terribly thrilled by this. He's gonna take two games before he's up to the task, I imagine, if not three. Although, he DID take the Carolina Panthers to the Super Bowl that was played in Houston, so there's that.

I can't wait until Sunday. This is gonna be very interesting, and I'm lookin' forward to seeing what happens, no matter the outcome.

Well, that TJ Yates looked pretty good, actually!

But Andre went down, the OTHER hamstring blew up! Cushing somehow recovered from making himself a leg pretzel... Hartmann went down... Allen went down...

My goodness, the Texans are just *snakebit*, it seems... Can't help but win, but the damage it's producing...

Still, 9-3, babies. That's frellin' schweet! BEST IN THE AFC, STILL!!!!

Next week... The Bengals... this could be getting very interesting.... very interesting indeed...

/as if it isn't already...

If he can't get along with the Vikings, why would we want him? Besides I'm all about TJ now. I am seriously anticpating the Bengals game. That is gonna be a pretty huge test too, outdoors, cold, enemy stadium...

Oh, and I must correct myself, the Texans are currently 3rd best in the AFC because of points of some sort vs Patriots, and then Baltimore won that game, so they're 3rd.

Still. 3rd best isn't terribly bad. :0

And if the straight up win next Sunday, then they are *in the playoffs.* So go Texans!
