I wish, I am about 9 hours away. Too bad they moved, I was only about 6 hours from where they used to play spring ball. I might try and make a trip down depending on how busy I am.

Here's an update on our new stadium for any Cards fans.
Here's a cool shot taken Dec. 14

Here's our current problem, the highway (above left) is WAY too close to the wall.
They're still working on solving that problem.

Here's a couple renderings of what it will look like when done. Pretty cool and retro, just like the Mustang!

Oh and it won't be called Cardinal Field. Anheuser Busch has decided to sponser the new ballpark so it will once again be named Busch Stadium.

Good deal, its been awhile since I have been to a Cards game, moving to Florida had everything to do with that though.

Sports Illustrated came out today with Baseball Preview

Predicted Yanks over Braves in the World Series
I'm surprised they chose the Braves to go so far, its a pleasent surprise
But I feel like I shouldnt be surprised, these guys have been pulling it off for the last 13 years or so

Growing up in Wyoming, it was difficult picking a favorite. But going to visit my uncle in the summers, he would take me to Yankees games. Watching TV growing up elementary through high school, I would watch the Braves and Cubs (because we got TBS and WGN). Finally in college, the Colorado Rockies were born, and I went to the first home game. Then I moved to Phoenix (not because the Rockies stinked, although sometimes I use that as an excuse) and the D-Backs win the World Series that same year. I have been to many D-Backs games the last 4 years.

But when it boils down to it, I pick the Yankees, because as a 5 year old, going to your first game ever, and it being at Yankee Stadium to watch Reggie Jackson, wow. It leaves quite an impression.
