On that note, what's wrong with Lane Kiffin? I like his attitude -- his swagger. Sure, he's still dealing with the current QB dilemma, but you've got to give it time, especially considering he's working with pretty much last year's team. Heck, the first year with the 'Tide, Nick Saban went 6-6, including a loss to UL Lafayette!
I foresee the Gators massacring us this weekend, though.

Yeah I think he definietly didnt make many friends within the SEC, especially SEC West
Well UT showed to play UF in a heck of a game. WVU showed up to play AU in a heck of a game as well. Aurburn looked a tad sloppy, but all in all pulled out a win. Should be an exceptional game on teh 3rd

I saw that this morning as well. In fairness these aren't "his" players, but the execution of the plays this year has been terrible.

Wow. That guy is something else. 1 year of work, 10 years worth of drama, and he bails for USC.
I think USC just screwed the pooch. Which is good. Never liked them anyway.

I know they are pursuing him, but isn't he next in line for "your" UT head coaching position after Mack? And Mack signed a 5 year extension, correct? I don't think he'd go to "my" UT.
If I had a choice I would want the Vols to go after Chris Petersen of BSU, but he probably won't come to Rocky Top either . . . . so I don't have a clue who will be the next coach, but I am glad it isn't Kiffin.
