Wondering best company to use for tuning? 09 Roush Blackjack
Looking to install some upgrades on my 09 roush blackjack within the next couple months. Looking at Bama for tuning options free tunes for life. Not all upgrades will be completed at the same time but include hot rod cams, upgraded pulley for supercharger(vpm) long tube headers and 4:10 gears.

For supercharged applications, I would never recommend going with a mail order or canned tune from anybody, especially from Bama as their tunes are complete garbage. If you're unable to have your car dyno tuned by a local tuning shop? your next best option is to have your car remotely tuned as in datalog tuning. Therefore I would highly recommend http://vmpperformance.com and http://tudyno.com/ as they're 2 of the best 3valve tuners in the industry who are highly recommended. Or why not just use Roush as Glenn just recommended in his post below??? In the meantime, best of luck to you and welcome to TMS.

I would also suggest Manuel Pazo, aka "Lito", available by e-mail at support@tudyno.com
He has done a lot with custom supercharged applications (using Department of Boost manifolds and GT500 superchargers) and always gets excellent feedback. I would assume that the Roush is very similar and he should have no problem with it. He will have you datalog to fine-tune the tune. I used him recently on my N/A 3V, which is a bit simpler, and he was great to work with (communication is by e-mail, so if you are not comfortable with that, maybe he is not the right guy . . . it worked great for me)
I have a feeling that Roush will not do custom tuning; they want to stay with their standard tune because it is very "safe" (meaning, conservative)
EDIT: I am not sure if Roush "Blackjack" is supercharged . . . either way, I'd still recommend Lito.
