a friend of mines just picked one up this weekend...not the supercharged but the coupe...test drove it today and gotta say what a difference since I drive a v6...I was jelous. darn that car is fast!! he picked it up for 45k..cash!

yea the gt500 is worth the wait...u know anything with the name "saleen" on it is gonna cost alot....btw KromE, ur friend must be rich if he can pay 45k in cash...he musta has some silver suitcases.....lol, j/k

yea...this guy has his own businesses, makes at least 1/2 mill per yr. Also bought his 3rd house. And he still won't lend me any $$ to fix up my v6 lol

The Shelby will be a WAY better purchase for lots of reasons but the 'gotta have it now' crowd will buy these things.
By the way...JUST WHAT WERE THEY THINKING when they Vetted the rear end???

yea...the body kit is nice..but the dual center exhuast has to go, how much will they be selling the shelby's for?

What I meant was the back end is as bad or worse than a Corvette.When they freshen up this design in 3-4 years Ford will make it better,I hope. Saleen
can try again.Saleen really messed up the back.I liked the front til I saw the GT 500.
