Hey guys, I have my new Hurst in and I'm getting alot of heat inside from the boot area. I don't know if my guy put it in wrong or what. Could any of you with a Hurst let me know if the extra heat is a problem for you. Thanks.

Could this be the problem? Mine has a rubber cover but, it seems to be pulled up some.

It appears that you are missing the "Factory" boot that pulls up and seals around the lip of the shifter cutout.
