All I know is that Ford would be silly to not make a Mach 1 and capitalize on their new investment into retro styling. I often hear, and assume as well, that Ford is trying to integrate the Mach 1. I would expect to be seeing it again soon for that reason. It's to be considered the most consistant special edition Mustang available

Needs to be a regular production model in between the GT and the Cobra. That would be a nice regular 4 car line up

V6 - bread and butter model serving duty from high school to secretary to rental car duty.

GT - Entry level V8 car, very good price to performance ratio

Mach - Upgraded performance with unique styling compared to V6 and GT.

Cobra -Top tier performance mustang with all the bells and whistles - also more balanced performance - all about poise and power - USA version of M3.

SE's - limited edition models designed to keep interest in mustangs and test new concepts (like twin turbo 5v 2.0 DOHC VTEC all unobtanium V6 M7 paddle shifted IRS SVOII) - well you get the idea.

Where did that come from? Who put it together? What else do you know about it? I assume it is at Detroit, but this is the first I've seen.

We've already seen that one before. It's not a Mach 1 prototype. It's one of the SEMA tuner cars:

That's CDC's shaker system and hood, they made a shaker system for the previous gen mustangs as well. They say it is supposed to be out by April. You can either get it with that hood that is pictured or you can use the stock hood.

WOW! I really like that. I'm thinking that the CDC Shaker hood with a Street Scenes body kit. My '05 is Sonic Blue so Black out the striping and repaint the rear valance and wing. Then all I need is a 5.4...lol...I guess I'll have to wait for a whipplecharger. Maybe it'll fit.
I need to try my old Roush wheels too or just trade for a set of '03 mach wheels. Too many options!

You can buy the Mach wheels from Ford Racing.

Glad to see that they fit, I have been considering those. Although I wish they made an 18 inch rim in that design. Not sure if I will spend money to replace my rims with another set of 17's.

Woohoo, 1500 posts.

Well, my thinking was for what little they cost it was well worth the appearance difference, even if they were still 17's....I paid under 500 total to my door through my brother in law who works for Ford....sure beats the 300+ PER rim that I was considering....also allows me the option to still buy a different set later as I didn't kill myself buying 2000.00 worth of 18" rims and performance tires right now....something to think about....saves me toward buying my supercharger right now....

Does that include tires or did you put the stock tires on those?
