I don't know what it is, but that car just looks BAD, the good kind.
However, the rear wing is just looks stupid, the bad kind...I mean the not good kind...I mean...well you know.
Also, I don't like the way 7-spoke wheels look. They just seem a little too busy.

Anything past the 3/4 scoop is hideous IMO.

Ummm, the show car (at Anaheim) was Supercharged. And since that looks more chop than photograph, I somehow don't think that will actually end up on the production car.

Too bad though, becuase that is really nice.

But didn't they just up the HP a few and say that the bigger and better one would be released in March or something?

well i like the regular gt the way it is... so far steeda has a riced out looking ground effects with that front bumper lip and the wing is BAD. saleen's front grill looks cheap and the eleanor fogs dont look right as well as the rear spoiler.

I am disappointed with the all-new S281. they could have done a better job with their futuristic, aspiring to look like the S-7, eclectic car. And they have the audacity to ask for 50thousand. For a GT with a supercharger and gaudy ground effects, that is taking advantage of the consumer. THat is corvette money and the S281 is no corvette. Do a longitudinal study and see which vehicle maintains a higher resale value in three years, the 05 vette or S-281 supercharged. COnversely, the front of the Saleen looks good, except that nasty grill that looks like it came off a 79 Econoline. The back looks like, I am not sure. But I am sure that the 2 wings glued to one another is worth another 50 HP. I think that the Steeda looks better. Personally. I think we will see better renditions in the next few years, especially with the SVT model, Mach 1, Shelby, etc. I will wait a couple of years to get mine.

Don't get me wrong, I am not a Saleen fan at all, but, I disagree. Think the s281E is in Corvette territory. Performance, exclusivity, resale, build quality, etc. I don't see what the vette has that Saleen doesn't.

The saleen s281e is going to be beyond vette territory i heard when i went to the aneheim show that the E will have 525hp with 520ft lbs./trq. Last i checked the vette only has 400HP and 400ft.lbs/trq., and i think it will def. have a better resle value due to exculivity. Although the "E" will have a hefty price tag prob. in the 65-70k range. I will be ordering a saleen cobra when word is out on the next cobra which i'm hoping to place my order sometime in april or in the summer, and the resale value on that will also be very high.

I don't think saleen would be putting that 3/4 scoop on the c-pillar. But I would like to see some aftermarket company make em. They look badazz!

I'm glad that the "E" will be 500+hp with a blower, but the new zo6 vette will have a natually aspirated LS2 with about the same horsepower. Price for both cars, I would expect, will be around the same as well.

Really?..the new vetter is gonna have 500HP? Ford better do something really awesome with the cobra, or i may make the vette witch. I thought it was only gonna have 400hp but with 500hp i may reconsider. plus i kinda like the vette interior a little better, except for the lack of a back seat the i like the navigation system and exterior styling. But i'm still a loyal mustang enthusiast and will wait for the cobra first. Is the new vette really gonna be around 65-70k? When is the new vette due out.
