2005 Boss Shinoda proto
Yeah. I guess you're right.
Hey Teamshinoda, can you comment on this at all? Is there a chance for something similar to what i mentioned happening soon? If not, can you possibly give us some idea why? I'm not trying to be a smart ****, just really want to know since the '70 Boss 302 is my favorite Mustang of all and would love to own an '05+ version of one.

we have our stroker car a 310 inch motor with all the parts to make it look like the retro car. It will have an optional 69/70 style front spoiler along with our flush mount spoiler that everyone seem to copy at sema. it kind of funny our chin spoiler for the 05 that we posted here a year ago ended up on a bunch of the 05's at sema and we even have two rear spoilers comming. and the Mustang source will be the first to see.
As for doing a hookey stick stripe exactly like ford from 70 there are leagle issue's that would have to be delt with first. Thats why the Stroker side stripe.

You can't expect the after market world to copy every great idea from every year of the Mustang, all onto the 05. I believe Ford will trickle out a Boss with this body that will look more or less like the 69ish style. That's why I did the cchops the way I did.
They are not planning on this being the end-all stang. They WILL do some slight mods to the grill, lights, and/or body, similar to the changes they did in 70. I would guess that you will see the first factory Boss around late 07-08 when the Camaro is released. This keeps the Cobra in the #1 spot till then, which is also ny the way, why you won't see a Lightening before 97, and then gives them a newbe for the market to fight the Chevy.
I doub't anyone will get Fords OK to do Hockey stripes, or anything close to Factory detailing because I think they are planning on doing it all over agian themselves over time.
I mean...wouldn't You ????
I am glad you like that blue Boss on the other page (not one of my best), but notice that it is void of the indentation on the side of the car... that was my prediction for the body change that I think they will do in 2009 or 10

The '05 is designed after every year from '65 to '70.

this is a narrow version of the production version we built it as a proto and plan on making it wider and possibly thinner depending on the new size i also plan on a secand chin and rear wing also these are just the first set of two optional package as for being stock it is actually closer to a boss 302 spoiler than the 05 thanks for the comments
I actually like the chin and rear spoilers. Nice work on those. The rear spoiler does look similar to stock, but it has a different arch to it that makes it look a little more aggressive I think. That Mustang needs stainless 3" pipes coming out the back too.
Geeez!!!
That picture of the wing opened up so big, the first thing I saw was the wing on the white car IN BACK - and was like, "WTF is that!!!!!"
I was waiting to read people going NUTS and then I paged down and saw the real one....

As far as wheels are concerned, I haven't seen anyone try a "slotted mag" on any of these retro looking cars. I feel the bullit wheel (torque thrust knock off) looks great on most of the '05 colors. Some colors, like the lime green, look better with the contrast provided by the machined wheel. I bet a slotted mag with a machined finish would look killer. At the very least, it would certainly look retro. What do you think? Am I

I really like the look of that chin spoiler! I 'll reserve judgement on the rear spoiler till I see the finished one. Thanks for keeping us informed about what you're working on.
