Awesome pics Becca, what camera setup are you using?

Also the no tripod shot, the water or the stadium? Guessing the water.

well, all of them actually...lol but i was meaning the stadium...cause it was almost dark out. lol

I have another water shot identical to that one, but sharper, i just dont know where it is at the moment to post...i actually to the exact same shot with 2 different shutter speeds...one to get the water frozen..and one like pictured, with the water flowing

Make sure whatever polarizer you get is a circular one (linear wont work with a dslr).

Super impressed with the night shots, especially if they were handheld, I know they had to be lower than 1/10th shutter speed.

The yawning Zebra was funny to watch. We got some good shots that day.

Nice to see someone elses view of town, sometimes when you live here you tend to miss a lot of stuff that you see all the time.
Hope you had a great time.

Beautiful pictures. The zoo pictures and the stadium are gorgeous. You might want to check your sensor, though, it appears to have some dust. You can see spots on the first few pictures. May have just been the lens, but if the lens isn't dirty, it's the sensor.

Probably a good idea. If you look at the first pic, to the right of the top of the arch, there's a spot and on the 4th picture, there's a spot in the upper right hand corner. You were probably shooting with a smaller (numerically higher) aperture on those shots. Smaller apertures have a broader range of focus, so dust on the lens or sensor shows up more. I've had many pictures ruined by dust. When I first got my rebel, I didn't know. Some of them could be doctored up with PS, but not all of them. Don't want to see the same happen to you.
