ive got my 05 & my first mod was the pypes dual exhaust w/gt mufflers. since then ive had muffler deletes added + shorty headers off the internet. if anyones interested heres a video of how it is now.


i like the way it sounds now, but im tired of running the economy(mileage) tune. my problem is when i put it in the race tune it sounds louder(not good). it sounds higher pitched in the race tune. i want to try and get some muffers but i cant decide which ones. i was hoping you guys could help me out with some youtube channels or links to videos of yours or others v6 mustangs with dual exhausts that sound good

 

This is an older vid of mine with Corsa mufflers. I tried about 8 different muffler sets before settling on the Corsas. Expensive, but they work really well on the 4.0L:

 

Where'd ya get those from? & won't they sound different w/mine not being charged?

 

Honestly I don't recall which vendor I bought them from (it's been several years).

Not being supercharged, you won't have the blower scream, but the exhaust should be similar. Whether or not you have headers would probably be a bigger difference (I have JBA shorties).
