I'd definitely do the turbo, but then again I'm a bit biased.
Go with a CAI and underdrive pulleys to get about 20 rwhp. See this article for more info...

I think the best way to do it is talk to a guy named TillmanSpeed, he's got the C&L Trueflow intake and SCT XCal2 with 3 custom tunes for $615.99 shipped to the door or the JLT intake with the SCT XCal2 with 3 custom tunes for 539.99 shipped to the door!
RDK - In my opinion you can't just ask "How do I get more power?"
You have to sit down and figure out what direction am I taking this car in and what power level is suitable for that task?
If you are just looking for moderate gains, good suspension and a car that won't see the track, then base your research from there.
On the other hand, if you are going for a beast, then your start looking at forced induction, suspension to compliment that, etc...
So before we can give any advice, you first have to answer that.

They C&L is said to get maybe 2-3 more horsepower than the JLT, but the price difference, most people go with the JLT. If you want the extra few horsepower, along with the seal for the hood, the C&L is a little nicer quality-wise. Not to say the JLT is bad quality, because it's very nice as well.
For the money, the JLT only loses 2-3 horsepower for quite a bit less (like $80).
I reccomend the C&L with XCal2 for $615.99 shipped to the door.
You will still get a great quality product and substantial horsepower and torque gains going with the JLT unit.
The JLT CAI with XCal2 is $539.99 shipped to the door.
