rygenstormlocke, question for you
How far are you going to push the v6 engine with that turbo? how far do you plan or expect to go with the psi of the turbo 15psi 20psi? any ultimate goals with total RWHP? what are you at right now at the wheels?
also please take a look at this thread. i noticed we have similar mods. i am getting a weird noise from my rear of the car. maybe you can shed some light on this?

Thanks for the post man. I responded to that thread. As for how far will I push it, PSI wise I'm done at 10.3lbs of boost. I do have a 3600rpm stall comming from Percision, might be able to shave some off my ET with that.
But, I'm looking at a built motor for next track season, still a 4.0 but with stronger bottom end to see what the 4.0 can do. I'd really, really like 11's with this car.

First off, I didn't answer all the questions for tbird....
320rwhp/371rwtq on a Mustang Dyno
As for boost, 10.3 on the stock block....
On my built block, at least 20psi spring!

Problem is same crappy hyper patheitc pistions the GT and a slew of other cars have. I need to build up the block if I'm gonna beat on it with more boost.
And thanks for the props. Just want to see what the little 6 can do, and love suprising the import and chevy guys at the track.

the v6 has forged rods, but the pistons still suck like the gt's. Our cranks are pretty stout too i heard.
The true problem with our blocks is too many coolant passages between the head and the block. its like swiss cheese.
