Where can I buy just the SS midpipes for building my own exhaust system?

Your stock system is SS. All your really need is the LH GT midpipe from Ford for roughly $100. The GT system is also stainless.

It would be tough to find somebody that could custom bend an SS midpipe for anywhere near that cost.

FYI---there is some question about whether the driver's side GT pipe I got from Ford is stainless---the guy that installed it was pretty convinced it was aluminized I got it from a Ford dealer as a GT replacement pipe!!

Wonder if anybody can confirm/deny this....

If it's a genuine Ford part, it should be stainless, same as what comes on the cars. If the dealer is doing something shifty, who knows

Isn't there a Mustang Source member who sells OEM parts? If so, do you know who so I can PM him? The chepaest way to go would be to get the left side pipe and the hangers form him, order just the left side JBA muffler, and get an X-Pipe.

Sorry, guys, but I have to hold off on LTs and a Prochamber.

P Kiley had MAC mufflers on his car and hated the drone. GT owners say that the drone is not that bad, especially with a MT. Does anyone else have the MACs, and if so, any thoughts? I will just stick with JBA if that is the case. BTW, the JBA is better than stock and gives it a nice sporty sound. AND the muffler is mcuh quiter in the car than outside for some reason. So if anyone is looking for performance without being obnoxious, JBA may be the way to go for you.

Or get the coffin muffler and wake up the neighborhood!!! Can you imagine TWO of those things?!?!?
