i replaced the stock muffler with a pypes violator and was wondering the resonator on the stock muffler...should that be put on the pypes muffler?

the alternator made me postpone getting the duals installed for a couple weeks so i figured what the hell il put one on now

Your new muffler should have everything it needs, so you should be fine. If by resonator you mean that weight over the tip, you definitely don't need to worry about it.
