PHP 11.6 second V6
#1
Got some good info, just got off the phone with the man himself, Paul (PHP)!!!! Very cool guy, very helpful. Heard about his 11 second V6 and had to get the details, here is the setup he is running:
• Vortec Super Charger
• Intercooled
• 60lb Injectors
• 13-14lb of boost
• JBA shorties
• Factory CATS
• Slicks and skinnies (need to confirm again, was loud in the background)
<span style="color:#CC0000">• 410 RWHP SAE
• 11.60@117 (3 in a row)</span>
Tuning is really critical, wiring modifications and fuel systems were crucial. He really stressed fuel systems and wiring. You can call him back for the wiring details.

Speaking of MSP, I have heard anything out of him lately. I wonder how his engine is doing.

My engine is doing great 1TrickPony! Thanks for your concern!
I always knew the Vortech could get the job done!
Thanks for sharing the info Rygen!!

MSP, looking good. What PSI are you running now?

I am still running the 2.87in pulley.. The other day with a vaccum leak I pushed it to 10.5psi @ 6000RPM..
I have not been to 6000rpm since I have fixed the vaccum leak.. All my dyno sheets were produced with a vaccum leak.. So they are all invalid results.. My apologies for allowing this to happen, and presenting the entire community with with flawed results..
Its actually a greater in-justice to Vortech for my carelessness using a vaccum hose that was not designed to handle boost..
I'll be re-dyno-ing at some point in the near future.. Again, my apologies to Vortech and the Mustang community for submitting dyno sheet results which were flawed with a vaccum leak, thus not allowing the system to do its best.. My bad!

Can't wait to see the new numbers with the fixed vacuum leak and intercooler. Should be very impressive indeed.

One thing you guys sould know is that the car is lighter than a stock car. Also it did the 11.65 when the weather was good. Come race day it didn't berak out of the 12's.My Webpage
Don't get me wrong the car is fast and it is impressive what these guy's are doing with the 6 bangers.
