I personally hate the way the single exhaust looks.. I must have duals.. If this means people with V8's must prove themself worthy, then so be it..
I have no problem bending over GT owners on a winding country road with long straightaways.. LOL!! Bring it on!!
This is a nice stop gap mod though.. With excellent results... You can still pursue dual with this setup... So making it an either or mod is not the best scenario..

It just makes the back of the car look better in my opinion... Its part of the development..
I think the muffler is awsome... My point is, whether or not the stock Y pipe needs to be swapped to go duals for people who are not that ambitious.. Simply adding a cheaper reverse Y with the driver side exhaust run may be sufficient.. The muffler is awsome, but I would need atleast 2.. LOL!

The funniest thing is I had come across the Aero-Turbine website before and basically thought.. No way.. not possible.. going to sound like a Fart Can... just look at it! It's going to sound like a Civic! Man, was I ever wrong!
BTW... Tomorrows write-up.... (sorry for the poor picture.. LOL)

Ok I know this isn't with JUST a dual setup...but this is what duals, h-pipe (not prochamber) and LT's can sound like on a 3.8L

Basically, as long as we stop trying to compare it to a V8 we're fine.. LOL!!
All we are looking for is something that sounds good..

Why not run a straight glass-pack(s), sound like a V-6 bat out of heck, and gain a few ponies in the process?
Question: in your conversation with Mr. Hoag, when you were considering duals, did he ever mention potential loss of hp and throttle response because of a lack of back-pressure? It can happen with stock cats, and has been a question on my mind since I first heard about mounting duals on a V-6.
Finally, the fit between your new muffler and the rear bumper looks pretty tight. Aren't you worried you may singe that pretty yellow paint a bit?

No, we really didn't get that far in our conversation... as far as HP/TQ loss on a dual setup...
Yes, it does look tight but there is a gap... doesn't appear to be harming the paint... I'll look closer today..
