I said it was dumb, right?
Okay, what is the message center? I got it, but I don't know what it is or what it does.
My car is supposed to be built this week and I'm getting excited, but I'm also starting to wonder what all these options are that I bought.
Oh, I really want to put fog lights on my car, but I got a V6. Is there anyway to do it? I'm not trying to duplicate the GT, I just like using fog lights. Can they go somewhere else?

The message center keeps track of your average MPG, MPH, has a trip meter, timer and few other things including a diagnostic function that tells you everything is working ok.
Yes you can install fogs, they sell grills with them and lots of people are getting them put on. I'm sure you could put some in other places but they look really cool on the grill.

There's a guy on eBay that sells GT grilles & fog lights that have been modified to fit the V6.
There's another guy on eBay that sells smaller fog lights preinstalled in a V6 grille if you don't want to go for the GT look.
There's also going to be a Pony Package for 2006 V6's that has fog lights, a corral around the running pony and spears very similar to the '66 Mustang GT. It will be available in parts for those of us with 05's that want to do a conversion. It won't be out for a few months, but that's the one I'm going to get. Very retro.
