I think that one is for an f-150, the Mustang V6 ones isn't available on it. But I sure can't wait to see their price which i'm sure will be similar
the part # for our cars is 63-2566

I really can't wait, and screw them even if it isnt street legal for CA.

I'm still a little confused.....would the K&N CAI require a tune? I would love to get one!
I got confirmation from one of their techs that they did the testing without a tune or programming to the ECU. It's 7rwhp that is literally being bolted on!! now a tune will definately get you even better results

8 rwhp sounds right for a filter. 10 rwhp with a tune. Steeda says 16-20 with a filter with a SCT tune. I saw another post where some folks tuned a V6 and got 10 rwhp. The six has less power to start with so it should only get maybe 70 percent of the gains.

Sweet! Please do and let us know if there is a significant change to the sound of your car after it is installed. I think this is going to be the one I'm going for.

Martel Brothers

$260.00, lowest price I've seen so far

I'll buy one as soon as the warranty is up, which won't take long for me.

Sweet this makes the K&N one of the more competitive CAI's, I can't wait to see those pics and maybe some reviews.

It'll be really interesting to compare the K&N to the Ford Racing intake.

Try MartelBrothers.com, you might have to call for pricing. Be sure to give them a part number, they are a big K&N dealer. and I think they will sell the kit for the same price as the GT kit. I payed $260 for the kit and it was free shipping.

Well the intake just came today well i guess now it is yesterday i ordered it on sunday from 4filters.com and it came here today which is wednesday also with free shipping. Me and a buddy installed it in just over 30 minutes it was pretty easy except for putting that stupid stripping on the heat shield and i was scared to cut the head of the tube you have to, but it wasnt to bad. The car fired right up and now has a deeper meaner growl to it. The pinging that i had with my exhaust is now gone! I took it out to a lil side road to test out the power. Off the line i didnt notice any difference although the throttle is much much more responsice. The biggest gain in power as far as i could tell was when i was cruising at 30-40 just smashing it the car seemed to take off alot harder than it did b4. Hope this helped you guys out. Post any questions you got and ill see if i can help. Pics to follow in the next 2 days.

Performance-7/10
Sound-10/10
Ease of Install-8/10
