I just purchased the new mid muffler system from Pypes, and will be receiving it within three days. It comes along with their new true fit x-pipe. I currently have a JBA axle back, and was always wanting to go for the dual look without the tackiness of my mufflers showing under the rear bumper (just doesnt look like a true mustang to me). Has anyone else purchased this system yet? Just wondering how its going to sound once installed.

 

Ive got the pypes performance x pipe along with my borla stingers and it sounds mean! I love the sound. Which system did your order and where did your order it from? Id like to check it out to see what else is out there.

 

I actually got the entire kit off of EBAY from BlueOval Industries. With shipping, it only ran me around 450.00. Not bad considering that includes all hangers and clamps as well. My kit should be here around 4'ish today via UPS. I cant wait to get under my car and start tinkering yet once again.

 

Be sure to get some sound clips up once youve got everything installed. I am very interested to see what a mid muffler system sounds like on the new v6.
