Im lazy

Im a week into my Procharger install, about 1/3 done. Ive got the Procharger and intercooler mounted, thats about it. Ive been working every other day for about 2 hours at a time. Im just not in a hurry. I want a new tune from Bamachips, Im leary of the tune from RPMOutlet. I spoke with thier tuner and was very unimpressed. Im hoping to be up and running by Monday.

I had some troubles with the install thus far:

The 3-core intercooler barly fits. I cut the bumper bolts off flush with the nuts and had to tie-wrap some fuel line on the power steering cooler lines where it was going to rub.

The power steering line leaves the pump and runs about 1/4inch from a idler pully and the belt. Im nervous that its going to rub and either cut the line in half or shred the belt. The real bummer is that with the mounting plate for the procharger installed. I cant see the power steering line. I guess time will tell.

300RWHP does not come easy.. It is going to require just a few more days of persistance, patience, and determination...

A few cold Corona's with a lime chaser would most likley get it installed quicker.. This is because the problems you think you have, would not be such a big deal while feeling tipsey.. You would more easily overcome the small obstacles, you feel now are almost too great to overcome..

Why dont we do this.. Lets pickup a 12 pack of Corona's and 1lbs of lime.. Bite into the lime, then chase it with some Corona, and go look at that intercooler again..

Ha, it just so happens that I have a ice cold 12 pack of Corona bottles in the outside fridge and a brand spanking new 3-pack of limes sitting in the door tray.

Im trying not to over-engineer this install, Im sure there are alot of other guys with the same system that arent having any problems at all. Im also sure that if I paid a shop to do this they would blow through the install according to the instructions, slam the hood and say "good to go". Im just picky with my baby.

burnt, there have been similar issues/concerns with procharger installs, do some searching on all the different forumns and you will find several good write-ups and info from some real-world do-it-yourself installs, may help with some concerns and maybe keep you from a couple of ooops. its worth a shot anyway, will be waiting on some final results,
