So you had 1000 cash, to spend on your 05/06 V6 stang what would you get?

List everything with it's price, use estimates.

Make this fun.

Stainless bolt on duals (MAC or Magnaflow) ($450-$550) and a CDC Lightbar ($425)

X-calibrator2 ($365)
a CAI (~200)
3.73 gears (200)
T-lock (200)
That would come pretty close to 1k, and it would make a real good difference.

CDC Shaker, chin spoiler combo, Mach1 hood black-out, CAI with a tune...oops a little more than 1000.00, but I already don't have that, so nothing wrong with not having a little more!

no performance mods, but I would get the casco conversion kit. With any leftover, the P.I.E. kit for the aux button and some small interior mods (door sills, shifter, etc.)

ManEHawke... I'm with ya...that's the route I'd take too.

Or, sock away the thousand for a supercharger!

The SCT X-Cal2 is a must in my book... $400

Then a axle back... $200 or may more depending which one you go with...

Put the rest of the money towards a Trac-Lok and start saving for a good CAI...

X-Calibrator 2 ($365)
AEM CAI (already quoted as $300 installed)
3.73 gears ($200)
T-Lok ($200)

Total's a little over 1k, but I'd chip in the extra $65 on my own.

I picked up a set of Motive 4.10s off Ebay for 135$ (From Brenspeed I believe) so with Jeremy's numbers, it fits in closer to 1K

Personally, I'd go:

T-Lok 200 Shipped (Ill have to ask Fazm where he found that price)
Gears: 145 Shipped
SCT: 365
MAC Longtubes: 280ish

OR: Drop the headers and pick up the 34mm Front Sway Bar and GT Exhaust I think thats a little over 100$ for those..
