Looks great, all I needed to see was that the tone was similar.

Cool

ManEHawke "all I needed to see was that the tone was similar."

I dont understand. Tone of the lights? the headlights compaired to the Fogs?

ManEHawke _ are u going to make your own grill or just wait out for street scene? I bet street scene will be atleast 100 dollars plus the fogs from ford and wire and everything else, your looking at 200 dollars! Wow :bang: I realy think my way is a good cheap way, And still gives you the gt look! When is the grill from street scenes coming out? jUst wondering

At this point I really don't know what route i'm going to take. I would make my own, but dont have the tools for the job, I do start UTI next week, so maybe they'll have all I need. Maybe they'll let you do some of your own things after other work is done?

Anyway, yeah it was the headlights compared to the fogs.
I know Street Scene is going to be pricey (200 may be half its price ) so I'm just looking for alternatives. The main thing for me is finding the perfect way to get them wired, and StreetScene has what im looking for in that area.
Should be soon, but dont think theres a set date on when it comes out to us.

I'm in no real hurry so looking at all this is great.

Mod'ing the grille isn't a bad idea. Looks like a good way to pull off the look cheaply. Great work guys. If I didn't have my mind made up, that's the way I'd go.

Me... while I like that solution, I think this pic says it all.

I don't like the GT conversion grilles because they don't fit 100%. I like the idea of a factory harness and switch, and wiring one up shouldn't be tough. In fact, everyone can add that to their setup. It's a great touch and a nice way to polish things off.

Looks like there's a solution for everyone when it comes to the fogs. I think that's why I'm holding out as long as I am. I know that over time, people will get creative and come up with great ways of making things that will work. Great ideas abound, and this is the holy sanctuary of mustangs. where better to go to find the best idea for you?

Great job! All of you!!! Those make your V6's look excellent. And robotguy, thanks for the how-to. I'm sure a lot of people will be referring to that

Looks great, Robotguy. I used the same wireless kit from Walmart you used. Works like a charm and easy to install.
