my dealer said that ford didnt want the dealer to mess with the tranny at all...they are just sending a new one

he said it may be done on friday

 

What is wrong with the transmission?

 

the OD ligth was blinking, then it stopped when i shut the car off and restarted

called the dealer, they said bring it in...i did yesterday, it threw them a code about the tourqe converter...ford didnt want them to tear it down so it gets a new tranny

 

tell them to get you one of those new six speed tranny.

 

glad to hear Ford is not going to screw around with it It's nice to hear they are doing you right!!
