Flowmaster A/T with 2 1/4 pipe... tell me what ya think

Alright, thanks to uncle sam I was able to get Dual Exhaust for my car, i took some pics @ the dorm with my Blackjack, hope they turn out alright... tell me what ya think... i'll try to get a vid of how it sounds when it clears up outside.
Please excuse the car... one drive to and from the house this is what it looks like when its rainy... so to clear things up it doens't look like this except when it rains

oh and i'm really considering getting the GT bumper...or trimming this one up to even things out.

Nice!
Your Pony would look GREAT with a GT bumper.
Definately want to hear them.

I'm not digging the dual exhausts with a V6 bumper.
My opinion

If you cut

The best way I found to cut the Bumper, make a template of the passenger exhaust cut out, transfer it to the other side and use a moto tool to cut take your time if you force it or go to slow it could melt the plastic, just watch it when you cut, and besure to tape where you cut to protect the bumper. Ironically I put a GT bumper on mine today that I won off ebay ( 85.00 ) the V6 bumper not many noticed that it wasn't a GT all they notice is the dual exhaust.

Yeah you're definately going to want the GT bumper for the rear. For the price, it's well worth it. I don't agree with mustangcr8z, the only people that mistake a V6 bumper with duals for a GT are those who don't know much about mustangs. A true fan of the car will pick you out as a V6 with duals from a mile away! By the way mustangcr8z - I hope those aren't GT badges on your fenders. I couldn't tell for certain by your pic, but I hope you are not turning your V6 into a fake GT as that is not cool. Swap the bumpers out by all means, but leave the badges for those with V8's. I'm not hating, I had GT bumpers and wheel on my V6 but I can't stand to see people trying to make their car something it isn't. And if they aren't GT badges, my apologies.

oh i would def leave the badges, i'm going with the sleeper approach... let people assume the thoughts of an avg. v6.

sorry! torchred

Those are GT badges, anything you put on a V6 that's intended for Gt is fake, whether its a bump, grill, badge dual exh, any of these additions give the illusion of Gt, depending on where you stand, I however under stand where your coming from, My opinion! that there's nothing cooler then busting someones *** on the street and seeing the look on their face when you tell them it's a V6, I have 3 under my belt, 86 lx,91 GT and a 93 camaro. I rather build HP then buy it, I have full intention on putting a roots blower on top . that will give me over 300hp to the wheels not the flywheel like on the GT. I was hoping to have one by Mustang Week, but, decided to pay daughters car off instead... I know stupid!!!!! why I did it !she's getting ready to have her first child so I decided to lighten her burdens, maybe next year. OH! I call it cloning.

they are some people who take on the apperance of a wee tod and you my good sir seem to fit the description.... Yes I could see the grill, GT BADGEs, emblems, wht ever... but when it comes down to the rear end bump cover? Dude, if I wanted a GT I would have got it.. do you understand... I need a body kit.... yes they are several out their that INCLUDE dual exhuast slots which are MADE for the v6... but to get the right appearance you'll need to buy the entire package... but just getting the bumper cover from the GT since they are the SAME body package in most aspects, I don't see anything wrong with it.. the only differences i've noticed is the dual exhaust slots... other than that i think you need to get your panties out a wad and really think about what your saying... a rear bumper with no emblems.?. I want the appearance of six... that is the whole purpose b/c these arn't the old six they actually will have some major Horsepower gains... so Using the GT bumper mainly the fact b/c it wont look the best without hving he dual slots...

Who Agrees with me?
