I will, keep in mind my magnaflow kit has been chopped up to accomodate a x pipe.

Sounds pretty sick H60.....I'm just not sure if i would want to switch from my magnaflows, really only if the hp gain was a significance. i think i remember scrming say that he gained 2.5 rwhp with the MRT though....i don't notice a WHOLE lot of difference in sound....but i do dig your setup, sweet driveby sound also..... looks good too

The MRT seriously out peforms the Magnaflow in the single configuration... I picked up a solid 7RWHP at peak! Then if you look at the 5500+ RPM range it's more like 10 to 12RWHP! That is real usable power! My car shifts at around 6000 RPM...

Wow!!! I might be sold too! That sounds really deep and aggressive. H60, what kind of crossover do you have, x-pipe or h-pipe? Also how much for a set of those mufflers and what size exhaust pipe are you running from the cats back? Nice job!

My shop did the H-Pipe and he bent the left side. He fabricated a hanger, right now there is two mounts on the muffler however he only fabricated one mount. It seems very sturdy however (he welded everything together). I noiced he did have to heat the hanger arm on the muffler and bend it alittle to make the angles line up. I am not sure if this was due to the angle of the cut out I made on the left side. I wish I could have gotten a pic however it was 1650 on Fri and his shop closed at 1700. Total cost for hanging/welding/bending/and the H-pipe was 189.00 not a bad deal for the sound, over all the total cost was 630.00 for the whole set up.

I did have the single MRT on for about 4 days with the duals it does seem to have a deeper sound and less drone. I will work on the WOT drive by this week.

I'm not sold over my JBA setup...I still love it so. The MRT's are different and sound really great though! But, now I'm wondering what the MRT's would sound like with headers...

Finally got these sound clips to work.. I have to say they sound pretty darn good. This has to be one of the best sounding systems Ive heard. Bravo sir, bravo! Now.. show me some numbers!

And no offense to anyone, I think these put the JBAs to shame. Just opinion though

I agree with you, except when you bundle JBA's with headers, now thats a mean sounding exhaust!

How much RWHP are we seeing going from a stock single exhaust muffler, to duals with performance mufflers?

Going from a stock muffler to good single performance muffler gives you a nice gain... Rygen showed that going to the duals really doesn't get you that much of a gain... We were guessing that my Magnaflow was in the 8 to 10RWHP... then the MRT added another 7RWHP on top of that...

The stock muffler is incredibly restrictive!

Hrm...I thought Rygen showed that going from a dual with reverse Y-pipe to an X-pipe only gained 1 or 2 HP...I didn't think he did any single vs. dual dynos...did you Rygen? You've made so many changes it's hard to keep track
