Parts will pay for themselves in fun factor and better mileage - figure it take like 20 tanks of gas to get even

hey norm I'm coming up on 20k soon about 3/4s of that running the Granatelli coil and wires Still running great. When i put a tune on my car this winter I didn't change anything in it for the coil but may do some data logging this summer and play with timing The tune I'm running now is for 91 octane hard to find around by me most places have 87, 89 or 93 at the pump so as long as I'm running 93 anyhow, figure i'm safe to bump up the timing a little. Mpg is about the same with the cai and tune maybe a little lower but seems more consistent best seems to be 27.8 with the tune, but the change in the car is worth it.

Thanks for the info, I am really pleased with the new coil setup but do have one disappointment.....there isn't anything that says it's from Granatelli anywhere...how can I show it off effectively if it doesn't scream Granatelli Motor Sports anywhere???? Someone has to come up with a fix for that...lol

wow, this thread goes back a ways. ive been running the demon coil and live wires for ( next month) will be 2 years and 35+k miles. its been great for performance. now the live wires are 350 ohms per foot and there is no interference from them. so heres my question, what will the 0 ohm wires do for me?

Smoother idle - If your are not broke hten don't fix'm. If youa re readu for new parts 0ohm is a ton better than 350 per foot

ya, i`m running good, but a ton sounds like alot and that has my attention. thanks for the speedy reply. i might just have to look into those wires this next swap out. you stated early on your setup comes in a set, are the wires available separate? thanks, mike

Mine are working great too. One problem I had was with when I changed spark plugs, I had trouble getting the drivers side wires back on so they would stay on. They'd click but wouldn't stay connected and pop loose again. When I remove them I always grab at the boot and not the wire.

I have 365 mustang days. Rain, Sun and Snow my daily driver sees all weather!!! I wish I could garage her in the winter!
