Car is running rich and then lean! Shut off!

Car is running rich and then lean! Shut off!
Hello to all! About two weeks ago, it was a very hot day and I'm driving at around 1500rpm/40mph! I take my foot off the gas and the car is still at 1500rpm and then the car's wide band went from hard rich to hard lean and then shut down! check engine light came on! This is a 2006 mustang V6 supercharged/inter-cooler!
I have clean the maf sensor and the throttle body's inner rim, before the butterfly! I cleaned the air filter, I check the DTC on the SCT tuner! No trouble/error code!
I think it has something to do with the heat of the day and the heat in the engine bay! I can drive the car at night and everything runs good! I think....lol!
ps: will bad gas do this?
