I'm wanting to get a CAI and can't afford much. This one worth the money?

CAI is worth the money for a nicer look under the hood. However, it will not yield more than a couple horsepower. A tuner, as Cusp pointed out, is where the real improvement will come from.
A good CAI/Tuner combo will run you ~$600 from what I gather. Everyone that has done said it's been worth it. Gears are the best bang for your buck, seat of the pants mod. They don't add any power, just let you accelerate faster

I disagree as far as a intake helping out in HP/TQ. My car has a airaid intake and dual exhaust with a stock tune and I have gained over 6 tenths in the quarter mile from when the car was stock. I agree that if you get an intake to get a tuner as well. I didn't have the cash at the time so I got the airaid since it doesn't require a tune. I hope to get a tuner after I finish my wheels and tires.

.My single GT muffler was a great help.
Ditto save up for the RIGHT CAI. Don't waste your money on that, you'll be disappointed. Chances are you'll be able to find a good used CAI from someone going with forced induction.
Muffler does make a difference, A single stock gt take off is good for about 4 hp, i picked up about 2mpg with mine, duals are more for looks. A CAI and a tune makes a bigger difference, save your money and shop the mustang forums classified I just saw a jlt (one of the best you can get) for 100 bucks used. It requires a tune though. I picked up my tunner used for 130. Any Cai that doesnt require a tune will not add very much you would be better off with an air hog filter with rebate they paid me 10 bucks to put it on. I have since switched to a frpp cai not the most power but the best looking one got it new for 195 at cj pony parts. So i have 325 in my cai and tune. Just tried the car out tonight before the big snow storm coming like a whole new car worth every penny didnt have time to record any 0 to 60 times but is faster and throttle is way smoother.
Got to go with the CAI with tune, I plan on getting the C&L Cold Air Intake and SCT SF3 Custom Tuner Combo from AM.

I love the looks of this CAI, a little on the pricey side ($611) but you get what you pay for.
