Average price of Xcal2 and C&L CAI?

Ok, so i've decided (thanks to everyones input here) to order a tune and CAI. I'm looking at bamachips based on his huge reputation and was just wondering what the approx cost is for it?

I forgot what bamachips was charging, had it in Doug's email but can't check that at work.
AlternativeAuto has the C&L/SCT-2 for $660 (plus shipping?)
EvolutionPerformance has the same bundle for $565 + $20 shipping

Doug's price is in the neighborhood of $650... but, email or PM him and check for sure. You just can't go wrong with his tune or customer service... great guy to work with.
