4.0 V6 MPG Help? Should I tune?

With some more driving today, including some highway, my mileage is going up even more! Over the last week I have seen it increase 2.2 MPG and it isn't going down with even the slightest hit of the throttle like it had been.
Refilling the coolant seems to be the fix! Whew!
