2006 Pony Package Grill (pic)
That PS gives a pretty good idea as to what it will look like. I thought it would look cool, but the more I see it, the more I feel the GT has the better setup. I've been active in this thread:

and I think these guys have the best idea for the V6 guys so far. I like the latest shots of the powder coated finish grille. I think it's really going to look sharp once they get the finished product. What's more, they made a really nice looking switch that actually looks like it could be OE. Very professional. It will come with a complete wiring harness and all.
Gives the GT fog look for those who couldn't pick up the premium price tag of the 8 car.

It wouldn't happen to have anything to do with what's going on in Tulsa on Thursday would it?

Only beef I have against the pony grille are the mini fogs that will appear lost in the gigantic grille.
I think the size that is being shown in the chop is what I'd like. Perfect proportions IMO. That was the deciding factor for me to go aftermarket rather than get the pony ones.
I have to see the real ones installed though to finalize my thoughts.

I actually prefer the smaller lights, they don't looks so much like headlights. A lot of GT owners have mentioned that if they drive at night with the driving lights on they get flashed because people think they've got brights on (looks like 4 headlights).

Finally there is a pic of the actual pony grille!

Hopefully there will be better pics to follow now that Ford has released it for public view.

yeah... I think the pics that are posted up on this site of the REAL DEAL look better. They added some stuff to balance out the car, but to me it still looks a little out of place. I'm definately going with the GT style speed grille in that link. The Black powder coat is just amazing, and the billet pony is ROCKIN'. LOVE IT!
