Just got Xcal2 ...i used to have Predator. I got it from Lidio/Alt. Auto with C&L 93 tune. I just plugged it in.MY question: is it supposed to have light up screen? Mine doesn't. Also...does loading tunes,and reading stock tune go pretty fast. My Predator,loaded and read tunes slowly..and it had a backlit screen? Sorry if these are dumb questions..Also...what do i need to download specifically from SCT to get updates or to upload new tunes? I went to site and there is a whole bunch of downloads...some seem redundant? Thanks for help!

 

once you plug it in your car it comes to life. Upload is about 1 1/2 minutes, downloading old tune is much faster.
I would try to get updates from the folks who make your CAI. They have done a lot of work to max out your car to the intake they sold. IMHO
