Make sure the key is off when you plug it in.
Go to program vehicle and press select, select your tune and wait for it to tell you to turn on the key.
follow the instructions on the Xcal from there on.
If you plug it in and get nothing, your cable may be bad.
Was the Xcal Calibrated for your car with the correct code?

Do you have the driver's loaded on your PC? Does the X-2 make noise when it is plugged in? __PC answer

Does it power up when its plugged in? If not then check the fuse for the cigarette lighter__car answer....

Thanks, Doug
