Chicane is in Torrance. I don't know what kind of Dyno they have. Swanson Performance is also in Torrance with a Dyno-Jet, but they charge $200 per hour.
With cooling time that will prolly come to $300. You might try R&D Dyno in Gardena. They have a Dyno-Jet also, but I've never dealt with them (310)516-1003.

Wow, I must be considered lucky to have tuners in my area (Bay Area) that only charge a rate of $100 per hour for tuning or $75 for 3 baseline pulls.

No kidding, I went to a local Dyno (AZ dyno chip) and they only charged me 60 bucks for 3 runs and helped me fix a fuel issue.

It wouldn't surprise me if these high prices end up being temporary. The last time I was at my tuner he was complaining that no other '05's are coming in. When he said that, I thought it was prolly because of him raising his per hour price from $150 to $200 per hour. It even crossed my mind to open a shop in this area.

$150 for 3 pulls in S. Florida. There are some shops that have dyno nights where you can get a few pulls for $45 on a certain night. I wouldn't trust those turds with my car though.

If I was just beginning my mods and had my poop together at the time, it would have easily been worth a trip to S.D.

You'll be in a world-a-hurt if they say to bring it back a few times for some minor adjustment.

I know the owner (Adam). We've raced together a few times now, and he's tuned a few cars that we race with, also. They all have had very good experiences with him. I bought my Kenne Bell supercharger from him (he is a KB dealer), and he and I will be installing/tuning the blower next weekend at his shop. He just put a KB on his '05 last week.

Here is the website: S.T. Motorsports

in the bay area apex in santa clara charges 100 for three pulls with A/F which is about 1 hour total including setup and cool down between pull. It's 200 per hour for the pulls and custum tune via xcal2 or chip burning for f0x bodies.

Try this out. I found this site when trying to find a dyno in my area. It's a search for a dyno type of site:

I am also in the bay area and I saw that you pay about $100 for a hour in your dyno. Where do you go. Can you please give me some information thanks! I havent ordered my C&L intake and tuner but I am doing that next week. I ordered the Jet TBS today. So once all those mods are done I will plan on going to the Dyno.
