For those of you who wanted to see these here you go. The install went smoothly and in the end everything fit fine. I removed our C&L intake package from the 2005 GT and installed the WMS with the stock computer program. The GT felt very good on the street and after several wide open throttle runs we have had no check engine lights. I have also already started tuning with this intake on the street and so far the results are good. Monday I will fine tune it on the dyno so we can release our custom tuned X-calibrator 2 units.

PRICES INCLUDE FREE SHIPPING AND FREE USB CABLE
X-calibrator 2 with 3 Brenspeed air intake programs of your choice & USB Cable $369 Free S&H

X-cal 2 tuner package (non ram air)
Includes WMS air intake, X-Cal 2, USB Cable, & 3 Brenspeed programs $639 Free S&H

X-cal 2 tuner package (ram air system)
Includes WMS ram air intake, X-cal 2, USB Cable, & 3 Brenspeed programs $719 Free S&H

That looks great! Can't wait for mine to come in, it's already ordered. I'm also looking forward to see how your dyno results are after the fine tuning...your X-cal 2 w/programs might have to be my next performance part. Any idea what the A/F ratio was like with the stock factory computer program? Again, thanks for the pics.

Looks good Brent: No ram air box yet?

How heavy is the thing [to address someone else's extra brace question]?

Brent,

How much will you be charging for a set of BRENSPEED WMS specific tunes for the X-2?

Looks good!

So for the coolant tank, it used stock holes right ? At least that's what the instructions said. Is the point of cutting the coolant hose so it rotates the other way?

Awesome Brent! Looks great!

Any install tips or things to watch out for that you feel are worth mentioning to help those that are going to be doing their own install?

Looks great. Did you notice any difference in performance compared to the C&L?

LOL I'll see that smiley, and think of it as well now

Received mine late tonight from the UPS man. I was surprised at how small the box was, I phisically pictured the air filter larger, seems larger in the PIC...IMO. Mine came very oiled, so I am going to wipe it down somewhat, the bag had oil dripping from it, for example. No biggie at all.

The meter's weight is ~3-4 lbs, shes bulky...nice piece for sure.

Wire, butt connectors, wire loom,a couple fittings, full instructions, which I havent read yet. Looks complete to me, minus the ram-air box. I will be happier w/ it, I dont like the the open air to the engine bay, just me.

Ahh! I see where you got 12.6 from, probably that little purple fuel fitting on your driver's side fuel rail. Zex.
Intake looks sweet man!

No, sorry. I have only ran that fast with 75hp of Zex. My wife has run 12.21 with the same setup.

Ha Ha don't insult me no runs with the Zex yet. I have done a lot of testing with it on the dyno and street with the 100 shot. Should run really really good at the track.

As for how the car feels with the WMS it felt pretty good with just the air intake. Remember I had to downgrade from a tuned C&L set up so of course it is going to feel slower with a stock tune and WMS air intake. Now after some street testing with just the WMS air intake I started making programs for it and when tuned the car really woke up. Seat of the pants is awesome so as I said I will fine tune it on the dyno Monday. The preliminary tune I have already loaded on the car really helped.

He's just busting your chops Brent. That is why I haven't installed the Zex yet though. At my track, if you have it under the hood, it's automatic doubt on a N/A time. I get questioned all the time about how much I'm spraying, when I'm not at all. I love it!
