Wish List - What do you want for your 2005+ Mustang?

So....if an aftermarket vendor was to ask you.."What accessory do you want for your Mustang that you cannot currently find?"....what would you ask for???

Off the top of my head, I would say:

1) A replacement dash pad that had a middle guage pod molded into it. Similar to the add-on pods offered by CDC and MRT, but molded in so that it looked like factory.

2) I think a wood trim kit that looked better than the current offerings would be neat to see too.

3) A ducktail spoiler that looks like the Street Scenes piece but covered the factory spoiler holes; painted for less than $500.

4) A billitt center fog-light grille- not an overlay, an actual assembly. Like the current plastic Street Scenes grille but billitt.

5) A twinscrew blower or turbo kit for less than $4500.

If I think about it, I could probably go on & on....... LOL .

Thats a nice list.

Please feel free to list anything you want. No idea is too small or too big.

Thanks!

1). Revised air intake assembly: large 80-95mm MAF (rated for up to 50-60#/min flow) with high volume/optimized airbox lid and straighter inlet air tube. Must use a paper panel filter!!

2). Customized steering wheel cover and customized bucket seat covers (designed specifically for 05-up Mustangs/GTs) - preferably ones that are affordable and stylish but not necessarily top of the line top-grain leather hand massaged and molded by Italians at Ferrari.

-A front splitter that looks exactly like the GT500 splitter, but made to fit the GT front bumper.
-An antenna delete kit that eliminates everything, including the base.

CaliforniaMustang has a hidden antenna. Of course you would have to fill the hole yourself, or cap it with a grommet after removing the antenna base.

I bought a pickup once without the radio option and it had a grommet filling the hole where the antenna would have been. However, a grommet would probably not be too cool on a mustang.

not yet... Nitrous Express was doing inventory and vacations last week. I have to call them about the switch that has both lights on instead of just the green one. I dont want to spray unless i know it's all wired up and everything is working.

Bolt-on/3M taped/screwed(whatever) rear diffuser, similar to the look of the GT/CS and Shelby, without replacing the whole bumper/fascia. I can't believe that one hasn't been manufactured yet. It seems like an easily made exterior component that I'm sure would sell very well

Aftermarket aluminum hood that looks good.

Some sort of exhaust system that has Loudmouth like tips, but with mufflers/resonators before the axle, sorta like how the SN95s and Foxes worked kinda.

Body panels too give the GT a more agressive look like the 69 fastbacks and mach 1's. I have pics of the rear quarters done by Quantum Power and Performance but i dont know how to get the images to post on here without loadin them up to a file share place like image shack.

+1... Good point. I searched for months for a pre-painted CDC Classic Chin Spoiler. I know others who also wanted them painted. Pre-painted exterior body parts

A replacement computer that wouldn't have to be retuned everytime you changed something that should have been on the car in the first place.
