Why are so many GT guys selling their Flowmaster AT's?

I've had mine for over 18 months with no issues. I LOVE the sound, but I do have to admit they don't have the same hit as the Thrustmasters on my 1981 F100 with it's 351W with a higher lift cam, so the pickup sounds better. But then, the truck doesn't have any cats either (they sort of fell off...) and it does have a true dual 2 1/2" exhaust like the Mustang.

My car came with Flows when I bought it. They sound fine, but I'm looking for a more "exotic" sound. I hear that Basanni has it. I also like the Magnapacks and Loudmouths.

So yea, I guess that Flows are a gateway muffler.

magnapacks are sweet, they have been known for a long time to have a very unique sound to them
