why doesnt the roush supercharger work on an 07 gt?

why doesnt the roush supercharger work on an 07 gt?
i was just wondering why the roush supercharger wouldnt work on an 07 gt? whats so different??

If the supercharger is sold with a tune, then perhaps it has something to do with that, and not the actual SC itself.

The 07 is faily different under the hood because of the shelby.

There is an ECM difference on the 07. I don't know the specifics. Maybe someone intimately familiar with the ECM tuners can shed some light on the code difference.
