Thumbs up Who Wants A Kb For Almost Nothing??

I have a great deal for someone if they can qualify...

What I need is a newer model 07 manual GT competely stock or very close to stock. Exhaust and Cai & tune are okay cause I can take it off temporarily.

The later model 07's have some slight changes in the emissions system and Kenne Bell is going to use the car to pass CA state emmissions board. To find out if you qualify, simply look under the hood by the hood latch and look for the numbers above the Evap numbers. If the last 2 numbers end in 88 or BB, then it is a later model 07 and it is the one we need.

We will have the car for 3 weeks and it will not be driven on the street. However, you will receive the car back with a brand new 2.4 or 2.6 kit (your choice) and custom dyno tuned by KB for practically nothing!!

A coupe or vert is okay. Since this will be taking place at the KB facility in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. - it is obviously preferred to have someone local.

If your car meets the requirements and you are looking for a brand new tuned KB for practically nothing, then PM me with your information and I will call you. I want to reiterate that we will need the car for 3 weeks.

Thanks,

Mark

As I explained, it is being used for Ca. emissions certification with the state board. Because of the changes in the emissions syustem for the later 07 models, Kenne bell needs to have tests and numbers done on this specific car.

The 3 weeks is for testing and dyno only. The car will never be driven on the highway other than a few miles for some testing. This is not some random BS I am doing. This is being done by Jim Bell, owner of the Kenne Bell company and he personally will talk to you if you qualify. If you don't think 3 weeks is worth a free KB kit, then I don't know what to say to you anyway...

This is a once in a blue moon deal so if you have the right car and are interested, just PM me your contact info. If you don't have the right car - just ignore the thread.

Yep. For emission certification reasons the car has to be bone stock. That's why I said an exhaust or cai & tune or somethign minor I can take off is no big deal.

I've got this posted on several forums so I know it will go fast. If we don't find someone by monday - we're just going to buy one but I suspect someone will take advantage pretty soon.

I sure the hell would if I had the right car...

if you were smart you would take the 4.10s out and put 3.55s in temporarily

Thanks guys for all the repsonses. I've got someone and a back-up so I don't need anymore.

I really appreciate the responses. I forgot to mention that the car needs 3500 miles on it and a few haven't racked up that much yet cause it is such a late production model.

Thanks again for all your responses and if I come accross any more deals (that MY car doesn't qualify for..lol) I'll post them here. The good news is KB's should soon be carb legall!!

Still open. The backup guy obviously couldn't read (wrong numbers) and the the guy Eddy who was scheduled has a Shelby and that's a no go.

So KB still needs someone. They will take a manual or auto but it needs to have at least 3K miles on it and NO ENGINE OR EXHAUST MODS.

Pretty much springs are about all that's okay.

PM me if you know someone.

Thanks,

Mark

I think this 07 bs is descrimination to those who couldn't resist and wait for our dreams to come true. I still want a blower for next to nothing.

Doh, I've got an early model 07, and I live in Ohio.

I'd rather wait and turbo my car anyway...even if I have to pay for it. Good luck finding someone though!
