Who has an aftermarket temp gauge and can give me an approximate actual temperature for the stock temp gauge reading indicated in the yellow section below? My car was running at that indicated temp range on my stock gauge on the track recently. The temperature warning thermometer popped on breifly as it went just a touch higher on the gauge than indicated below but the computer did not record and trouble codes so I'm thinking I did not really hit a critical temperature.

Also, what could I do to bring the temperature down to a more normal range. I am currently running the stock thermostat, stock 50/50 coolant mixture with a bottle of Water Wetter, Meziere e-H2O pump, C&L Racer Intake with SCT II tuner (low speed fans set at 196 deg and high speed fans set at 210 deg).
