Since I'm new to the supercharger scene how does Whipple rate? Who do you all think makes the best supercharger?

True. Whipple is not known for affordable pricing. Then tack on any external modifications.

Find one post (besides this one) where I used the term "newb" or any variation.

Don't have to, execution speaks volumes.

Well, my father-in-law is looking at the Whipple Cobra replacement blower (link). It's only $3150.
Not cheap, but not bad.

Curious why if they have developed a s/c for the 05, why they only show a doodle of the the and no pics of the s/c it's self?

But I'm sure someone else could answer that for you, since I won't be attending SEMA. Maybe some of the more technically inclined members of the forum would like to chime in.
Sendro,
So from what you were saying in the other thread, in order to get high boost the 05 would need new pistons. So how much would those set someone interested in a supercharger back? Not holding you to anything, just an idea.

Still a lot of unknown variables in modifying the 05's. Only a handful of non-OEM shops have the chance to breakdown the engine. But I am sure that will change in the next couple of months.
