tifo,
Try doing a search on youtube, there is a ton of 05-07 Mustang exhaust sound clips on there.

Tomorrow I am putting Rich's GTA's on my car and I will take some video. I will for sure get an idle and rev but I may get some drive by's also. I'll post them here tomorrow evening.

Hey Tom,
I already posted my Mac Offroad Prochamber for Tifo. I guess he thinks a offroad H pipe will be alot different. You have the H-pipe but not the GTA's Thanks for thinking of me though! Maybe next Saturday at "STANGSTOCK 07" we can put my GTA's on your car with the offroad H-pipe and make a vid. I can't believe nobody else can post a vid of this setup for him!!

I checked your video also. It seems to be the only one. It sounds good but is still hard to tell the real sound when you are on the dyno and in a garage.

Ryan,
I agree when you can hear the dyno whining also it's tough to understand what the true sound is. Are you planning to run the GTA's with an offroad pipe? Going offroad is what really woke up the GTA's. They are plenty loud. With the cats they were kind of timid for me.

Here is a vid Rich and I made today. I was trying his GTA's on my car. I have long tube headers and an OR-H pipe. As well as mods in sig.

I think the GTA's were too loud, raspy and tinny with my combo. Back to the Magnaflows for now.

That was pretty sweet...

It really has a snarl to it between shifts. I can't help but wonder how much your Saleen SC (which I can definitely hear) is adding to the overall aggression.

Thanks for that clip..it's a really deep and throaty sound. Hmm, decisions...decisions for me.

Ryan,
This is why I went with the Mac Prochamber for my midpipe. It tends to smooth out that raspiness you don't like. Takes out some of the raw sounding stuff. I have to admit that mine still has a cackle to it. Just toned down from yours.

I drove the car in a couple the clips and didn't get aggressive in 1st but took it to redline in 2nd and 3rd. His car is scary fast (in a good way) and after getting back into mine I was very disappointed. I gotta think that if he took it to the track and could get it to hookup it would be a very low 11 second car! JMO~

You can hear me say in the last video, "this thing is really fast!"

If mine had that power & speed, I'd be paying tickets for sure.
I'll have to be content with my N/A!

Ray, I just installed the Pypes O/R H-pipe last night. I also have the GTA's and will record it for you this week end. I was looking for the same thing and just never found a video. I will tell you the verdict it still out. I may go with the Borla Stingers.

I am meeting a bunch of guy's from TMS today in Brown County Indiana today so I won't have time to record it until tomorrow. I promise to post a YouTube link.

I'm hoping to hear what it sounds like when being revved and what it sounds like when your accelerating past/drivebys. Some guys just record themselves burning rubber and painting stripes, but you can hardly hear what the exhaust sounds like with the tires squeeling like that.

Thanks,
Ray

I am sorry I haven't posted anything yet but I had to run out of town. I will get something this weekend if it is not raining. I will tell you that it does have a raspy when you go WOT. I still think I will buy the Borla stingers. If I buy these and still don't like it I will make you a good deal on the O/R H-pipe.
