Wheel Hop

What is the best way to go about getting rid of wheel hop. I have heard that you just needed an UCA and then I heard you just need the LCA's. My car isn't lowered and will not be and I am trying to get away from adjusting the pinon angle if I can. Also what brand would you recommend.

Solid LCAs will do the trick. BMR or CHE. If it's still present, you can do a solid UCA as well, but chances are you won't need it. Here's a write up on LCAs.

Just the LCAs did the trick for me at first, but when I switched to a wider rear tire I got a little of the hop back. Replacing the UCA has cured it for good.

When you replaced the UCA did you go with the adjustable or not. Also did you have to set your pinion angle.

LCA's did not get rid of my wheel hop. I remember reading that the UCA will get rid of all wheel hop. LCA's will help, but do both and be done with it.

You can get BMRs for less than $270.
