What should be my next mod?

I'm thinking about the next performance/handling mod, but I can't quite decide in what to invest. I don't want to spend more than $1000 and I don't want to have to take off any of the existing parts. Also, I don't plan on racing the car, but I do want even more power and/or better handling (who doesn't?!).
Please have a look at my current mod list and either vote for one of the options or make your own suggestion.

Go with the CAI and a tuner. You'll get a big increase to the wheels with that. The mod bug has bitten you.....it's all down hill from here

I already have the SCT XCal2 with tunes from Doug (BamaChips). That means I'd only need a tune for the CAI.
In fact, my own vote was also for the CAI+tune, adapted for the CDC Shaker.
