What do y'all think about wide tires

So im new here, and Im looking to put some 315s on the back of my car. I have enough rim and Im sure my offset is fine but im wondering if I'm going to have to take of the dust cover on the strut.

18s and the car is at stock height now but getting a 1.25 drop in the rear only.

I have seen 315 on the 05 -09's and They look mean. 315 / ? /18??

I'd still run the 295 max over the 315s in the rear. Yes you can run the 315s with no problem.

I run 285s on the rear and as you can see they stick out of the fender to high hell! I can't imagine anymore width.

I run M/T 305/45/18's on a 10 inch rim in the summer for my DD tire. My car is lowered 1 1/2 inches in the rear with Steeda springs. I don't think the 315 will give you enough clearance but you can try them, I know guys have run them but not without some modifications.

I wish I could find a 275 snow tire for an 18" or 17" rim for a 1.5" lowered
